We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Coordinator to support our client’s operations team in Detroit, MI. This is a full-time on-site role offering a competitive hourly rate of $21 with potential for extension or permanent hire and eligibility for benefits.

We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Coordinator to support our client’s operations team in Detroit, MI. This is a full-time on-site role offering a competitive hourly rate of $21 with potential for extension or permanent hire and eligibility for benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external customers.
- Answer phone calls, manage emails, and coordinate meeting logistics.
- Create, update, and track work orders and schedules using SAP and Crew Management tools.
- Maintain and monitor employee timesheets and overtime tracking.
- Process expense reports and procurement requests (ID badges, office supplies, company cell phones, etc.).
- Schedule meetings and training using Microsoft Outlook and Teams.
- Maintain confidential personnel records and distribution lists.
- Prepare and distribute mail; log billing test results relevant to legal proceedings.
- Support with IT needs and Help Desk tickets as required.
- Coordinate and document 15 Day Notices for hazardous locations.
- Capture and distribute meeting minutes for team and leadership.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of administrative or coordination experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams), SAP, and scheduling tools such as Crew Management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM, Maximo, SharePoint, Power BI, PowerApps, and AI tools is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Professional appearance and commitment to confidentiality are essential.
- Flexibility to travel locally for meetings or training and willingness to support storm duty efforts.
