- Lead financial review, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
- Build visually compelling Tableau dashboards that integrate best‑practice dashboard design and guided analytics.
- Query, transform, and map data from SAP BW, SAP R/3, Maximo, legacy systems, and external sources.
- Perform data extraction, cleansing, and scheduling for weekly/monthly automated reporting.
- Analyze large and complex datasets, applying advanced Tableau calculations to uncover insights.
- Collaborate with IT to develop business cases and support solution implementations.
- Direct and coordinate project activities for small‑ to mid‑size initiatives.
- Maintain high standards of communication with internal customers and stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to leadership.
- Monitor performance of reporting solutions and troubleshoot issues.
- Track and report project status, trends, and variance analyses.
- Bachelor’s degree in an IT‑related field.
- 4+ years of experience in an IT, analytics, or data‑focused role.
- 1+ year of IT project management experience involving Tableau dashboard design or software/reporting implementation.
- Strong experience with:
- Tableau (advanced calculations, complex datasets, performance troubleshooting)
- Data querying & transformation
- Excel (advanced)
- SAP BW/SAP R/3, Maximo, and other enterprise data sources
- Proven analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Experience supporting full project life cycle—from requirements gathering to production rollout.
- Ability to identify data quality issues and drive solutions.
- Clear, confident verbal and written communication.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
- Active listening and negotiation abilities.
- Leadership capability and comfort directing cross‑functional work groups.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Hybrid schedule
- Standard workweek: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week
- Long‑term contract with potential for extension or conversion to direct hire
