Job Description

Industrial Maintenance Technician- Ludlow, VTPay Rate: $31.46 - $34.77 per hour (based on experience)
Status: Contract to Hire
Schedule: 4:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday–Thursday
Some Fridays required for projects and preventive maintenance when equipment is offlineQualifications
  • 5+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience (production line experience required; building/apartment maintenance not applicable)
  • Strong communication skills; positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Self-starter able to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to read manuals, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics
  • Hands-on experience with power tools, meters, and test equipment
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with electrical, automation, and control systems
  • Experience working with PLCs, HMIs, and basic PLC programming
  • Skilled in troubleshooting control circuits and up to 480V 3-phase equipment
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform and improve preventive maintenance on production equipment
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical, automation, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
  • Install and maintain automation and electrical control systems
  • Diagnose equipment issues and improve operational efficiency
  • Use machine data to analyze performance and determine adjustments
