Job Description
We have a great client that is looking for an RN – Progressive Care Unit in Rochester, MI! This contract opportunity has a pay rate up to $54.12 per hour.
Job Summary:
Provides leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care. Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to provide, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching of patients and family. Effectively communicates pertinent patient/family information to health care team. Participates in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures implementation of solutions. Requirements:

Requirements:
- Telemetry experience required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- 1 Year Cerner experience
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
- This is a Medical, Telemetry, and Progressive Care Float position - may also be floated to care for ED holds when needed
- Must have ACLS, BLS certification
- Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans within the unit/department to which staff are assigned.
- Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services.
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and hospital personnel.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN).
