- Provide leadership in coordinating and delivering exceptional patient care.
- Utilize the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation) to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Monitor patient progress, identify variances from expected goals, and contribute to care improvements.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school
- Active Michigan RN license
- BLS Certification
- Strong clinical knowledge and ability to create effective care plans
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred:
- BSN degree (preferred but not required)
