Job Description
Our client is seeking Registered Nurses - ICU to join their Float Staffing team in Warren, MI. This full-time, 13-week contract offers a competitive pay rate of $60.72/hr and an opportunity to work in a high-acuity ICU and stepdown unit with flexible assignments.
Position Details:
- Job Title: RN - ICU
- Location: Warren, MI
- Pay Rate: $60.72/hr
- Schedule: 36 hours per week (3 shifts/week, 12-hour shifts)
- Start Date: 04/22/2025
- End Date: 07/26/2025
- Assignment Type: Float role with staffing adjustments every 4 hours
- Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care in ICU and stepdown units.
- Utilize the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation) to support critically ill patients.
- Monitor vital signs, ventilators, and advanced hemodynamic monitoring.
- Administer medications, infusions, and life-support interventions as required.
- Respond to emergencies and effectively communicate with healthcare teams and families.
- Float between ICU and stepdown units, with potential reassignment every 4-hour block.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of ICU experience required
- Active Michigan RN license
- BLS and ACLS Certifications required
- Basic dysrhythmia testing competency required
- Must be willing to float between ICU and stepdown
Preferred:
- NIHSS Certification preferred
- BSN degree preferred
