Pay Rate: $25.11/hour
Location: Onsite in Wisconsin (no hybrid or remote option)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM CST
Duration: 6 months, with potential extension based on business needs

We are seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Coordinator to support the purchasing department in managing daily procurement activities. This role requires advanced Excel skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work with high volumes of data to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Coordinator to support the purchasing department in managing daily procurement activities. This role requires advanced Excel skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work with high volumes of data to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process purchase order changes, including deferrals, expedites, and cancellations.
- Generate and manage reports for unacknowledged and past due orders.
- Review supplier portals and update purchase order data as needed.
- Run activity reports and communicate findings with internal stakeholders.
- Manage daily supply chain email communications.
- Coordinate advanced shipping notifications.
- Interface with suppliers regarding purchase orders and invoice processing.
- Update ERP systems with accurate purchase order information.
- Work with materials team to resolve supplier receiving issues and returns.
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1+ year of relevant experience.
- Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data manipulation).
- Strong attention to detail to ensure reporting accuracy.
- Associate degree in Business, Supply Chain, Purchasing, or related field.
- Purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
