Job Description
Our client, a large and compassionate health care system, is seeking a Board Certified Psychiatrist to join their team in a well established outpatient center. There are currently 6 Psychiatrists and 15 Social Workers on the team. They offer a comprehensive service line for psychiatry, one of the largest in the area. The outpatient clinic has roughly 3000 active patients with about 200 scheduled per day. Average Number of Patients Per Day is 15-20. Typically new patients are about 60 minute visits and follow ups are about 20 minutes.
This is a permanent position. The ideal candidate would provide longevity. We are looking for providers who will stay for some time, offering consistent continuing care to our patients.
Credentialing timeframe is 2-3 months. Reimbursement for credentialing fees does not apply.
Pay: $255, 000.00 - $330, 000.00 per year

Compensation is divided into 3 components: Base Pay, Call Pay, and Quality Incentive Bonus (to be discussed further at interview)

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday - Flexible start times, though most start around 8: 30am.
- Call schedule is one out of 6 weekends.

- Quality Incentive Bonus: up to $20, 000
- Signing bonus: $15, 000
- Call Pay incentive
Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years of residency
- NY License active at time of application
- DEA
- Covid Vaccinated
- Familiarity with Group Therapy, Family Therapy, Pharmacotherapy, Restraint Application, Seclusion Therapy, and Involuntary Commitments
