Job Description
General Production – 3rd ShiftPay Rate:
- Training (1st Shift): $21.39/hr
- 3rd Shift Rate: $22.39/hr
- Operate small and large machines in the production of doors and windows
- Work on the assembly line building doors and windows
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Machine doors and windows for hardware installation
- Perform material preparation and material handling
- Stage and package finished products for delivery
- Perform general warehouse duties as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety guidelines
- Previous experience in commercial woodworking (doors, millwork, cabinets, etc.)
- Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
- General knowledge of building materials
- Ability to perform basic math and use handheld measuring tools
- Ability to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and stand for extended periods
- Must be able to lift and/or move materials weighing 10–75 pounds
