Job Description

General Production- Rantoul, IL- 3rd Shift switching to 2nd Shift Shift & Pay:
  • Starting Shift: 3rd Shift – Sunday – Thursday, 8:00 PM – 4:30 AM, $22.04/hour (overtime may be required) 
  • Shift Change: Employees will transition to 2nd Shift – Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM, effective May 3rd
    Overtime may be required 
Job Summary:
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our door manufacturing team. Depending on assignment, duties may include:
  • Operating small and large machinery used in door production 
  • Assembling doors on production lines 
  • Inspecting products for quality and accuracy 
  • Machining doors for hardware installation 
  • Preparing, handling, and moving materials 
  • Staging and packaging finished products for delivery 
  • Performing general warehouse tasks as needed 
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area while following all safety procedures 
Preferred Experience:
  • Previous experience in commercial woodworking (doors, millwork, cabinets, etc.) 
  • Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment 
  • General knowledge of building materials 
  • Ability to perform basic math and use hand-held measuring tools 
  • Comfortable using tools such as nail guns, saws, and hammers 
Requirements:
  • Background check and drug screening required before start 
  • Must be able to work overtime as needed 
  • Candidates must be cleared for BG/DS to start by March 23rd
