Patient Registration Representative Job Responsibilities:
- Will be answering multi-lined phones, assisting with benefits, eligibility, and claims.
- Scheduling/Rescheduling appointments with physicians
- Using Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Teams, etc. To complete daily duties.
- Charting and placing patient notes in EMR system.
Job Requirements
Patient Registration Representative Job Requirements:

1+ years of experience registering patients in a medical setting

Epic experience - Preferred

ICD - 10 - Preferred

High School Diploma or equivalent
