You'll collaborate with leaders across the organization to identify performance gaps, create innovative learning strategies, and deliver engaging development programs that support business objectives.
What You'll DoPerformance Consulting & Organizational Development
- Partner with business leaders to assess organizational and individual performance needs.
- Identify root causes of performance gaps and recommend training and non-training solutions.
- Consult with leadership on organizational development initiatives and performance improvement strategies.
- Define learning objectives, business outcomes, and success measures for development initiatives.
- Design and develop engaging, performance-based learning solutions using structured instructional design methodologies.
- Create learning content across multiple delivery formats, including:
- Instructor-Led Training (ILT)
- Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT)
- eLearning and digital learning modules
- Job aids, toolkits, facilitator guides, and participant materials
- Develop scalable learning resources that align with organizational priorities and operational goals.
- Facilitate interactive training sessions, workshops, and team development programs.
- Deliver leadership development and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
- Coach leaders on applying learning concepts to improve team and individual performance.
- Foster engaging learning environments that encourage collaboration and knowledge transfer.
- Measure the effectiveness of learning programs through evaluation and performance metrics.
- Analyze outcomes and recommend enhancements to improve learning effectiveness.
- Stay current with instructional design trends, learning technologies, and organizational development best practices.
- Manage multiple learning and organizational development initiatives simultaneously.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
- Monitor project milestones, risks, and deliverables while providing regular status updates.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure successful program delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business, or a related field.
- Five or more years of experience in instructional design, learning and development, organizational development, or performance consulting.
- Experience designing and delivering learning across multiple delivery methods, including classroom, virtual, and digital learning environments.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Master's degree in Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Adult Learning, Education, or a related field.
- Experience with organizational change management initiatives.
- Knowledge of learning evaluation frameworks and performance measurement methodologies.
