Key Responsibilities
- Data & Database Support: Extract, organize, and validate data from multiple databases to support reporting, analysis, and operational decision-making.
- Workload Management: Assist with tracking, prioritizing, and coordinating workloads and projects across teams to ensure efficient resource utilization and on-time delivery.
- Financial & Metrics Tracking: Monitor financial performance and key operational metrics; develop dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
- Operational Support & Improvement: Provide day-to-day operational support, identify process improvement opportunities, and collaborate cross-functionally to implement best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with database querying tools such as SQL preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Power Suite (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and executive-level reporting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
