Job Description
Our small, supportive primary care team is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to work with us in Lafayette Hill, PA. In this role, you’ll support both patient care and front-office operations, working directly with our physician to ensure patients have a smooth, positive experience.

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Support
- Assist with patient examinations and treatments
- Record vitals and update the electronic health record (EHR)
- Perform phlebotomy, collect lab specimens, and prepare for analysis
- Maintain a clean and safe environment consistent with OSHA standards
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
Front Office & Patient Support
- Schedule and coordinate patient visits
- Manage patient check-in, check-out, and follow-ups
- Answer phones and respond to patient communications through the practice software
- Support billing/coding documentation processes
Requirements
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) – PA
- At least 2–3 years of experience in a medical office/clinical setting preferred
- Strong EHR experience (Athena, eClinicalWorks, Epic, or similar)
- Familiarity with CPT and ICD-10 coding a plus
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently in a small team environment
