Shift: Not specifiedJob Summary:As a Production Technician in the Manufacturing Unit, you will be responsible for operating process equipment to produce high-quality, specification-compliant products. You’ll follow verbal and written instructions and adhere to all safety and operational protocols.Key Responsibilities:
- Equipment Operation: Operate and monitor process equipment to ensure production standards and customer specifications are met
- Material Handling: Load and unload materials from process equipment; maintain lot integrity with accurate batch/run sheets
- Forklift Operation: Safely operate a forklift to transport materials and supplies
- Housekeeping: Maintain clean and organized work areas according to housekeeping standards
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety regulations and protocols related to chemical manufacturing
- Physical Requirements:
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Stand for extended periods
- Work in varying temperature environments (hot/cold)
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior manufacturing experience preferred
- Forklift operation experience required
- Familiarity with safety regulations and proper material handling procedures in a chemical environment
