Steel‑toe (6-inch) boots required

Key Responsibilities
- Sort incoming textiles according to quality, material type, and production requirements.
- Feed, load, or stage materials for baling operations.
- Operate basic equipment related to baling and material movement (training provided).
- Perform general labor duties including lifting, stacking, and transferring materials throughout the facility.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with safety guidelines.
- Follow daily production instructions from onsite supervisors.
- Report any equipment issues, safety hazards, or workflow concerns promptly.
- Adhere to all site policies, including PPE requirements and operational protocols.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in a fast‑paced production environment.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen (no physical exam required).
- Must have or obtain 6-inch steel‑toe boots prior to starting.
- Reliability, punctuality, and ability to follow instructions are essential.
