Location: Sheboygan, WI 53081
Shift: 1st Shift
Schedule: Flexible — 7:00 AM–3:30 PM or 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (8 hours daily required)
Pay Rate: $19.00/hr

Job SummaryThe Laborer performs a variety of general manual labor tasks under direct supervision to support facility operations. This is a long-term position requiring reliability, strong work ethic, and consistent attendance.Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform general manual labor tasks including lifting, moving materials, and loading/unloading vehicles.
- Pick up debris around the landfill and surrounding areas.
- Cut grass, trim vegetation, and perform basic groundskeeping.
- Assist in cleaning and maintaining the warehouse and outdoor work areas.
- Dig and refill holes, and support equipment operations as needed.
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions and dress accordingly.
- Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED.
- 0–4 years of previous experience in general labor or related work.
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work independently under direct supervision.
- Capable of handling physical tasks throughout the workday.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to complete any assigned task.
- Regular physical effort handling objects under 30 lbs.
- Occasional exposure to occupational risks such as cuts or chemicals.
- Outdoor work involving exposure to weather, dirt, odors, and noise.
- Occasional use of motor coordination such as operating small equipment.
- Mandatory: 6-inch steel-toe boots.
- Provided by Site: Any additional PPE required for specific tasks.
