Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PMOverviewWe’re looking for a dependable Laborer to support daily operations at a landfill facility in Pembroke Pines. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working outdoors, can handle physical tasks, and takes safety seriously.Key Responsibilities

This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working outdoors, can handle physical tasks, and takes safety seriously.Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily landfill operations, including waste handling and site maintenance
- Direct traffic flow and guide customers to appropriate dumping areas
- Remove debris, litter, and wind‑blown waste from active and inactive areas
- Perform general groundskeeping such as raking, shoveling, and clearing pathways
- Operate basic hand tools and small equipment (training provided)
- Help maintain safe working conditions by identifying hazards and following safety protocols
- Support heavy equipment operators by clearing work areas and communicating site needs
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness around scales, tipping areas, and public drop‑off zones
- Assist with covering waste, compacting materials, and other tasks as assigned
- Previous labor, landfill, or outdoor work experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Comfortable working outdoors in heat, rain, and other weather conditions
- Strong awareness of safety practices and willingness to follow all guidelines
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well with a team
- Ability to communicate clearly with coworkers, equipment operators, and customers
