The position requires working in an active MRF (Materials Recovery Facility) environment and adhering to strict safety standards.English-speaking candidates are preferred; bilingual English/Spanish is acceptable.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform general manual labor tasks such as lifting, moving materials, and assisting with facility upkeep.
- Pick up litter, clean wood, and maintain overall cleanliness around the site.
- Load and unload materials or equipment as directed.
- Assist with mowing, trimming, digging, refilling holes, and basic equipment support.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
- Hard hat
- Safety vest
- Long-sleeve shirt
- Jeans or long pants (shorts not permitted)
- 6-inch steel-toe safety boots
- Required: High school diploma or GED; 0–4 years of experience.
- Preferred: Associate degree or equivalent experience; 0–4 years of experience.
- None required.
- Ability to communicate in English; bilingual English/Spanish acceptable.
- Ability to perform physical labor throughout the workday.
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely in an industrial environment.
- Frequent physical effort handling objects up to 30 lbs.
- Occasional exposure to occupational risks (chemicals, sharp objects, machinery).
- Exposure to dirt, odors, noise, and weather extremes.
- Fast-paced industrial/manual labor setting.
