Our client, a major health care system, is seeking an Inpatient Case Manager for Grand Blanc, MI! Must have a Social Work background. Shift: 7:30a-4p with weekend rotationPay Range: $90-$91hourInpatient Case Manager Job Requirements:
- Must have active RN license or unrestricted MSW
- 5 years acute inpatient Case Management experience, strong computer skills .
- Acute Discharge planning, Home health care, rehabilitative medicine, community health, or managed care
- CCM Certification - preferred
- 401 K
