Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Packaging Line Operator to support essential warehouse operations in Appleton, WI. This is a hands-on role with a clearly defined scope of responsibilities and a supportive, safety-focused environment.Position Overview:The Packaging Line Operator will work as part of a small team responsible for operating a simple filler line and assisting with material movement, packaging, and labeling. This role requires attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:
- Labeling drums and totes according to specifications
- Packaging filled drums and totes for storage or shipment
- Filling containers by operating a simple push-button filler system
- Material Handling – safely moving materials to/from the warehouse
- Cleaning – keeping the work area organized, safe, and free of debris
- Operate forklift as needed (if certified)
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to become certified)
- Ability to perform basic math and follow written/verbal instructions
- Strong attention to safety and quality
- Physically able to lift and move materials as required
- Good attendance and punctuality
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license may be required
- Industrial/warehouse environment
- Regular lifting, standing, and movement throughout the shift
- Required to wear PPE and adhere to all safety guidelines
