Location: Acampo, CA
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (40 hours/week)
Pay Rate: $20–$22/hour

We are seeking a Machine Operator I to support agricultural operations in a hands-on farm environment. This role focuses on operating equipment, supporting crop production, and maintaining farm systems to ensure efficient and effective field operations.This is a great opportunity for candidates with tractor operation and pesticide application experience who enjoy working outdoors in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate tractors and farm equipment to support crop production activities
- Perform pesticide spraying in accordance with safety and regulatory guidelines
- Support open field crop growing and maintenance operations
- Conduct routine maintenance on farm equipment, irrigation systems, and fields
- Assist with general farm operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Follow all safety procedures and operational protocols
- 2+ years of experience in equipment operation or agricultural/farm work
- Experience operating tractors and applying pesticides is required
- Ability to perform physical, hands-on work in an outdoor environment
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work independently and on a team
- Must be able to pass a fit test and respirator screening
- In-person interview required at the Acampo site
- Comfortable working in varying outdoor conditions
- Equipment operation (tractors, farm machinery)
- Pesticide application and safety compliance
- Preventive maintenance and troubleshooting
- Teamwork and reliability
