Job Ad: Correspondence Processor (Remote – PST Hours)
Duration: 3 months (with potential for extension)

Location Requirement: Must reside in one of the following states:
AZ, FL, GA, ID, IA, KY, MI, NE, NM, NY (outside NYC), OH, TX, UT, WA (outside Seattle), WIPosition Summary:
Our client is hiring 12 Correspondence Processors to join a fast-paced, remote team within a national healthcare organization. In this role, you will support the generation and monitoring of letters sent to members and providers using Molina’s internal database. This is a great opportunity for someone detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and reliable—especially those with prior experience in healthcare or managed care environments.Key Responsibilities:
Duration: 3 months (with potential for extension)
Schedule:
- Full-time (40 hrs/week)
- Either Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday
- Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST
- Flexibility required for overtime, weekends, and late hours as needed

- Generate member and provider letters using standardized templates
- Review correspondence for grammar and accuracy
- Select correct templates and apply minor edits based on procedural guidelines
- Ensure timely processing in compliance with internal policies
- Collaborate with leadership and respond promptly to communication
- High attention to detail
- Strong communication and multi-tasking abilities
- Fast learner with adaptability to workflow changes
- Tech-savvy and able to troubleshoot basic IT issues independently
- Dependable with no unplanned absences during the first 90 days
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1–2 years of administrative or healthcare-related experience preferred
- Comfortable working remotely with required equipment (must have a second monitor)
- Candidates must have a quiet, dedicated workspace and reliable internet
- An additional monitor (in addition to the laptop) is required
- Strong communication with leadership is expected at all times
