Job Description
Our client, a health care organization, is seeking Contact Center Representatives to join their call center team in Irwindale, CA!
Pay: $20-$21.76 hour
Shift: 9: 30a-6: 30p
Contact Center Representative Responsibilities:
- Answers inbound and makes outbound calls in a call center setting.
- Responsible for making calls to patients to cancel, reschedule, and/or schedule new appointments.
- Documents all patient information in database.
Job Requirements
Contact Center Representative Job Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in customer service
- Customer service experience in a medical setting
- Working experience with EPIC – highly preferred
