Location: Shelby Township, MI
Schedule: Full-Time – Openings available on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift
Pay Rate: $28.00 – $35.00 per hour (based on experience)
Contract with possibility of permanent direct hire
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support production by diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining CNC machinery and related equipment. This role is hands-on and essential in minimizing downtime, supporting preventive and predictive maintenance, and ensuring reliable operation of production equipment.

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support production by diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining CNC machinery and related equipment. This role is hands-on and essential in minimizing downtime, supporting preventive and predictive maintenance, and ensuring reliable operation of production equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform machine repairs and troubleshoot issues to keep production cells running.
- Support flowforming processes, including diagnostics, repairs, and troubleshooting.
- Assist with programming adjustments related to flowforming to ensure part quality.
- Work with engineering to expand knowledge of controls (Fanuc, Allen Bradley, Siemens).
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance tasks.
- Assist with administrative duties such as spare parts inventory, ordering, and PM scheduling.
- Partner with production teams to prioritize maintenance activities.
- Train and mentor junior maintenance technicians.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects related to equipment reliability.
- Support production as needed to ensure daily operational targets are met.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience, including CNC machines, lathes, and mills.
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and technical documentation.
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working in a fast-paced production setting.
- High-volume manufacturing or automotive experience preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
