This is a hybrid role based in Detroit, MI, where you'll play a vital part in aligning business systems with strategic goals.

About the OpportunityOur client is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Business Systems Analyst to support technical and professional operations within a critical infrastructure business unit. This is a hybrid role based in Detroit, MI, where you'll play a vital part in aligning business systems with strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs
- Gather and document system requirements from stakeholders and end-users
- Participate in meetings related to application development and support
- Assist with limited application testing as needed
- Create clear and concise business process documentation using mapping tools and software
- Support the translation of complex client requirements into actionable system processes
- 1–3 years of experience gathering and documenting system requirements
- Associate’s degree in a technical or related field (preferred)
- Strong understanding of business process mapping concepts and tools
- Excellent PC skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to follow moderate direction and contribute to team-oriented tasks
- Competitive hourly rate of $28.00
