In this role, you’ll play a vital part in supporting enterprise-wide audio-visual systems and video conferencing technologies across key office locations. If you're a tech-savvy professional with a passion for problem-solving and delivering exceptional user experiences, this is the opportunity for you.Key Responsibilities:
- AV Setup & Support: Set up and support live, virtual, and hybrid webcasts and video conferences, primarily using Microsoft Teams Room systems.
- Integrated Control Systems: Operate and support systems from Crestron, Extron, and AMX.
- Project Participation: Support AV-related projects and contribute during weekly AV team meetings.
- Onsite Coordination: Work closely with internal IT and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and escalate non-AV problems to the appropriate departments.
- Compliance: Adhere to all client safety and security standards while onsite.
- Technology Monitoring: Stay current with evolving audio-visual technologies and best practices.
- Travel: Occasional travel between New Jersey and Westchester County, NY sites, with potential for up to 10% domestic travel to other U.S. locations.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in the AV/multimedia services industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong working knowledge of AV systems and operations, including soundboard setup and control systems.
- Basic IT and networking knowledge is required.

- Effective communicator with all levels of the organization
- High integrity, reliability, and ability to work independently
- Dedicated to fostering the adoption and growth of AV services within the organization
